It is no secret that small fashion companies have a trend of copying famous and expensive outfits to sell for much cheaper. These companies generally use low quality materials and are not exact replicas of the clothes they are selling. For this reason, many customers of these companies end up being let down and frustrated with the process. The reason Kim Kardashian West has been so vocal about this lately is because the brand Misguided has blatantly used her husband's designs that haven't been released to the public yet. She is suing the company for "using her photographs" and is "seeking damages in excess of 10 million."
