After reading different news channels, I found that
different newspapers have different layouts visually on their front pages. In
the past week, when I went to work, I noticed that the Wall Street Journal and
the Daily Dallas Morning News both have a unique way of displaying the
information that they collect or gather. Both newspapers tend to use a specific
font in which we associate their channel to be. The Dallas Morning News makes
the title a lot larger on the front page which grabs a lot of attention. The
Wall Street Journal however has more words on the content of the issue of lead
of the journal. Overall, I believe that both newspapers use similar strategies
in order to grab a specific audience. However, their content is what makes an
overall impact on who reads their newspapers.
