Revoking Citizenship?

The European Union has recently been at battle with a former ISIS member. Around 2015, Shamima Begum left the UK to join ISIS in Syria. She is now nineteen and wants to reenter the country to help her new born son get well. Although she was born in England, the UK is moving to revoke her citizenship due to crimes against the country. Begum claims she is "willing to change," however, the country is still skeptical.

There are many stories of young girls being lured into these organizations to be either sex slaves or gifts to men. One could easily argue that this was her situation, but I wholeheartedly believe that all actions have consequences. She should have to own up to her wrongdoings, but the child is not at fault. I believe that the newborn baby should be given care because it did not choose to be in this situation. Begum should not, however, be allowed to enter back into the country with ease.
