Fake News spreads quickly and to a large population, one of which being Liberty Nation. With the ironic slogan of "Truth is making a Comeback," the website published an article backing up an unsupported and untrue claim about the contents of a recent bill H.R.1. Multiple websites including Snopes.com has gained popularity on the subject with debunking the claim. The original article was published on March 12, 2019, and was written by Jeff Charles. It would seem like Charles had looked exclusively at posts made by conservative accounts on Twitter or Facebook to "gather his sources" but that is just an assumption based on the origin of the rumor according to Snopes.com. In fact, the only sources Charles had provided had no correlation to anything that could prove his claim. The sources were mostly just links to other opinionated articles by Liberty Nation.
