Bob Woodward
Bob Woodward is known as one of the
greatest and most interesting journalists in the world. Since 1971, Woodward
has worked with the Washington Post where he covered the
Watergate scandal, his most well-known journalism occurring during this time. “He has an extraordinary ability to get
otherwise responsible adults to spill [their] guts to him...his ability to get
people to talk about stuff they shouldn’t be talking about is just
extraordinary and may be unique.” This journalist’s approach is to
connect personally with who he is interviewing and allow the interviewee to
feel welcome and comfortable sharing anything with him. This brings about true
and authentic journalism.
