How does the communication on Instagram differ from the communication on Twitter? For starters, Instagram has a more direct aspect to it. Twitter does allow users to directly talk to other users but when it comes to retweeting and liking things, it is easy to get lost in all the noise. When it comes to "separating the signal from the noise," it could be a difficult feature with both apps.
Twitter does deliver news and information quicker and has more accessibly among users. From my own personal observation, I see a lot of screenshots of news from Twitter on Instagram. That leads me to believe that Twitter produces news at a faster rate. They both filter through ads but Instagram has a better algorithm for that. [1 image, 1 quotation, 1 links, 127 words]
