Don’t kill your muscles
We often see people trying to lose weight or stay in shape by doing tons of cardio. While running, jump roping and aerobics are good choices for exercise, excessive amounts result in losing muscle density. According to a YouTube video by MenXP “ You can't achieve lasting fat loss by running for hours or drastically cutting calories. To maintain your metabolism and stay healthy, cardio is not all you need to lose belly fat. If you're trying to lose weight, doing crunches, weight training and more will be much effective”. For weight-loss, muscle training as well as cardio work best when combined together and are much more effective this way.
