Making Habit Healthy
Physical activity offers many health benefits, regardless of your age, sex and athletic capacity. If you’re having trouble building up the motivation to exercise regularly, consider the fact that getting in even 30 minutes of exercise at least five days a week will make a miraculously positive impact on your everyday life. In addition, exercise can help ease depression, anxiety and stress. I still find it surprising that most people break one of the most important “rules” when it comes to trying to make working out a habit: they lack the daily routine. Here's some ways that could help you make fitness a habit in your life: Keep a variety of physical activities you enjoy, Commit to another person in being their workout partner, make exercise a priority, and most importantly, try to exercise first thing in the morning. Always remember, “Motivation is what gets you started. Habits is what keeps you going”
