Overpopulation of schools

This week I interviewed one of my friends about the problem of our overcrowded population of our school, and she thinks that this is a serious problem that must be addressed. My friend Ellie stated her opinion in the matter of overpopulation within schools. “It can result in students not having the appropriate attentiveness from teachers that is needed in a successful learning environment.” Not only does this overcrowding affect the learning environment, but also the social aspect of schools. This is clearly evident in the “fights that make it impossible to move through the hallways in order to get to class on time.” Since she is currently a student in a class of over 1,600 people, this overcrowding of classrooms is nothing new to her. She uses her credibility as a student in a large population high school to relate her personal anecdotal experience.
