CNN covers the major loss of a fashion icon, legend, and designer Karl Lagerfeld. This death was covered in this article with honor, implying an upmost respect for the passing of such a legend. The article’s title reads, "Karl Lagerfeld, pioneering fashion designer, has died” (CNN). The word pioneer speaks directly to Lagerfeld’s legacy, approach to life and all things fashion. Also printed, “"he was a genius and breathtaking”” (CNN). Throughout the article it talks about and supports Lagerfeld and how he came from, the long journey to the top and how he ended up being one of the top creative minds in high fashion history, its an incredible story.
