"Nearly 10 years after the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil, President Barack Obama informed the nation in a televised speech that 'justice had been done'."
The most wanted man on the planet had been located and eliminated after a highly coordinated 40-minute long operation carried out by United States Navy SEALs.
Front Pages from around the globe would proudly state the news. This front page, from the Chicago Sun-Times, stood out the most of the many I reviewed because of the bold choices made by the creator. Meant to imitate the terrorist's wanted poster, the front page replaces the word "wanted" with the word "dead". Other than this bold choice, the cover has a very spartan design and is meant to convey the message that the most wanted terrorist on the planet was no longer wanted. As President Obama said, "justice had been done".
