Journalism Variety
When I decided to research journalism for this post, I found “Eight journalists you should be following on Instagram” from XCityPlus. You can click the link to learn more about the journalists individually. When observing their strategies, I realized that the majority of them use pathos (appealing to their audience). To read more about pathos, you can go to this link. The appeal isn’t necessarily emotional, but it is more of an obligation the journalist feels to keep providing for their followers. Since Instagram is a photo sharing application, these journalists express themselves through the art of photography, as well as diction.
