Juvenile Arrested in Fatal Shooting
An argument can get heated from times to times that can lead to violence, but truce can be made to douse the fuel. But this isn't the case between a juvenile and a 55 year old, James Penegar. James was among a crowd and was unfortunate to be the receiving end "when someone fired into the crowd." Police believes that there was a fight before guns were drawn and killed Penegar. Witnesses state the suspect flee in a silver vehicle with 2 others around the area of 800 Maple Avenue. The suspect was later found and charged with murder on March 8.
