Michael Kelly
Michael Kelly was a journalists and an editor for The New York Times, The Washington Post, and many more along with magazines. He was one of the first journalists that got killed while doing the story of the invasion of Iraq in 2003. According to Wilbert Davis, “During that invasion, Kelly was traveling in a Humvee vehicle with Staff Sergeant Wilbert Davis, a 15-year U.S. Army veteran, when the vehicle was fired upon by Iraqi soldiers”. He was awarded multiple awards and even had a scholarship named after him. According to Bret Stephens Stephens, Bret, “he is remembered as a journalist who "stood for truth, and died for his beliefs.
