San Antonio banning Chick-fil-A at airport

The Texas attorney general is investigating San Antonio for banning Chick-fil-A from its airport

Last week the San Antonio city council put in place a concessions contract with the San Antonio airport that states Chick-fil-a be excluded from a vendor allowed to operate in the airport. The reason for banning the restaurant chain from operating in the airport was not related to food, operations or financial but that the city council felt that Chick-fil-a did not support the LGBTQ community.  The president of the restaurant chain has made statements that drew some negative attention from the LGBTQ community as being non-supportive. The Article states that “Chick-fil-A has come under fire from supporters of same-sex marriage in recent years after its president, Dan Cathy, said the company supported "the biblical definition of the family unit”. The Texas AG has started asking stared making comments against the decision for the banning and that it does not reflect Texas law.
