The Onion is a satirically fake news website which is supposed to promote more of a comedic take on political source gathering and often makes fun of news sites themselves by posting obviously uncredited and barely unbelievable articles to make readers laugh at the unbelievability of their posts. This is an example of a non-dangerous fake news source because while dangerous ones are unknown and can be easily believed because of fake sources that make the articles seem credible. Though, with the Onion, they don't frequently include sources because they are a well known comedic website set on poking fun at politics and other news sites. In fact, one of the articles on their website is named "New Iowa Polls Finds Majority of Democrats would Vote for Candidate named Bobby Cheeseburger."
