Finding Fake News
In this day and age, people are constantly being flooded with information regarding the day's breaking news but which of the stories are true? There are a collective few outlets and or single stories that are posted and spread that are false and inaccurate. On the bright sides though, there are plenty of people and articles that teach the viewer and listener how to spot and lessen the growth of fake news in the general public. Identifying fake news is "mostly easy to spot" and there are 4 main types that people need to look out for; reports, outright lies, denials, and misleading headlines. One good way to avoid fake news as a whole is to just not click on the online article or news outlet. The action of just clicking on and loading a false news article is already a mistake and is "paying its publisher."
