    On June 21, 2018 Time’s magazine published a bold red front cover of the President of the United State of America starring down at a two-year-old girl crying stating “Welcome to America.”. The image of the two-year-old was originally a photo of a young girl crying because her parents was captured by the U.S. Border Patrol. Time’s magazine showed visual rhetoric by visualizing how vial and cold-hearted Donald Trump is.  He is separating children from their parents who got detained at the U.S Border. Leaving these poor innocent children alone, hopeless,     and sending them off to an immigration detention. Considering that this photo actually has another meaning this is an example of ethos. I will explain the true meaning of the photo in my third blog post.
