Fisher-Price has recalled all of their Rock n' Play sleepers after 30 confirmed deaths in the last 10 years. The company will impact about 4.7 million sleepers. "I am urging parents to stop using this product immediately and to contact Fisher-Price for a refund or a voucher." Says Ann Marie Buerkle, CPSC's acting chairwomen. Fisher-Price general manager, Chuck Scothon has said that the recalls are the "best course of action" but will continue to stand by the safety of all the products. The downside is that the recall did not state what caused the infants death, but Buerkle stated that the investigation into the sleepers is top priority for commission.
