Eagle Stadium
Everybody loves Eagle stadium, right? Well it turns out that people outside the city of Allen (that didn’t pay for it) think that it could be a waste of money and not worth what the majority of “Allen-goers” think it is. Some believe that we could’ve invested more in our academics (even though they are very good) or just that the stadium is not worth it. Now, fellow citizens of Allen would tell you that you’re just crazy and that they absolutely love the stadium. Not only has Eagle stadium put Allen on the map at the national level, but it is also making a growing amount of businesses to want to move closer to the stadium. “The new stadium gives us great foot traffic. There are a lot of people driving by to look at the stadium who stop in and become customers”, says Nancy Tripucka, the owner of Eagles Designs.
