Jessica Valenti
Jessica Valenti is a female columnist for The Guardian that focuses on writing about feminism. She has written multiple books on the subject, many of which have become bestsellers. Valenti founded the feminism blog site Feministing.com with her sister in 2004 as "a place for young feminists to build their careers and platforms." Her articles center mainly around politics related to feminism, such as abortion. She often starts her columns on The Guardian with a large, impact image, often involving women, that is followed by her compelling argument that reaches out to people's emotions and is supported by research and studies.
