Sizing Up Social Media Apps: Fox vs CNN
CNN and Fox could not be any more different on how they present the news to their readers. However, they are often completely different on the headlines themselves within the apps. On CNN’s leading stories, “This is Devastating for Trump” is one of the first headlines you will come across, but when looking at Fox news app you will see “Smollett Charged With Filing a False Police Report”. “This is very interesting because it reveals what the news networks think is most important to report on and show to the public”, Stephanie said. I think this is good for the public to know that way they can check and explore many different news apps.
